Ok, here is a real life story i wanna tell
I was a 3SG in a maintenance unit, and i had another 3SG in my
section
We called this chap Big Cannon God, coz he will tell you how he
landed on the moon if you allow him to
Super chao keng, coz the OC knew he was doing MLM outside, but
requested stay-out on some family problems excuse
My section 2IC was this no-nonsense 2SG dude, my idol
When this 3SG requested urgent leave on some unclear reasons, he
wrote in 'ordinary leave' or something, the leave form was promptly
rejected and tore up by my 2IC.
Afterwhich this balless dude went to tell everyone how his dad was
a gangster, his gangfights achievements and how he was going to
send gang members to my 2IC house. Two other chaps warned my 2IC,
who walked up to the balless dude, asked for a paper, wrote his
full address on it, gave it to the guy and walked upstair to my
CSM.
That balless dude was later called by my CSM for a talk. Now, I
guess he would have received a scolding, but my CSM was a nice guy,
so it wouldnt be that bad. I swear, this balless dude afterwards
went to my 2IC...and wept in front of him, asking for
forgiveness.
After he ORDed, he continued his MLM business, which turned out to
be a big scam.
Some people, never learn.
